At Sunara Inc., we are committed to delivering our high-quality perishable goods, including roasted and raw cashew nuts, as quickly and safely as possible. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions for shipping orders placed through our website (https://www.sunara.store/). By placing an order, you agree to the terms of this policy, which is incorporated into our Terms of Service. This policy applies to all customers, including individual buyers, vendors, and merchants.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we take special care to ensure timely delivery and to maintain quality during transit. Please review this policy carefully before ordering to understand our shipping process, costs, and customer responsibilities.

1. Shipping Destinations
Sunara Inc. currently ships to addresses within the continental United States only. We do not ship to:
• Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam)
• International destinations
• PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or other non-standard delivery locations
We reserve the right to limit or restrict shipping to specific regions or addresses at our discretion due to logistical constraints or carrier availability. If your address is outside our service area, you will be notified at checkout and your order may be canceled with store credit issued, per our Non-Return and Non-Refund Policy.

2. Shipping Methods and Carriers
We partner with trusted third-party carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx) to deliver orders. The carrier and shipping method (e.g., Ground, Priority) are selected based on location, order size, and availability at the time of processing.
All shipments include:
• Protective Packaging: Products are sealed in airtight, food-safe packaging to preserve freshness and prevent damage.
• Temperature Considerations: During warm weather (above 75°F), we may use insulated packaging or expedited shipping to minimize spoilage risk at no additional cost to you.
Tracking information will be sent via email once your order ships. Sunara Inc. is not responsible for delays or issues caused by carriers, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
• Order Weight (e.g., 1 Kilo or 1.1-pound packages of cashews)
• Destination (distance from our fulfillment center in Hagerstown, MD)
• Shipping Method (standard vs. expedited)
Typical shipping costs:
• $5–$10 for standard shipping within the continental U.S. for orders under 5 lbs.
• Free shipping on orders over $50 (e.g., two 1 Kilo packages at $24 each), unless expedited shipping is required
Shipping costs will be clearly displayed at checkout before order confirmation. Sunara Inc. reserves the right to adjust shipping rates without notice. However, any changes will not affect orders already placed.

4. Processing and Delivery Times
Order Processing
• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays).
• Orders placed after 12:00 PM EDT may begin processing the next business day.
• A confirmation email will be sent once your order is processed.
Delivery Times
• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing, depending on your location.
• Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days after processing (available at checkout for an additional fee, typically $10–$20).
Example:
• An order for 1 Kilo of roasted cashews ($24) placed Monday from New York may be processed by Wednesday and delivered the following Monday (3–7 days).
• During warm weather, we may upgrade shipping to expedited (1–3 days) at no additional cost.
Delivery times are estimates. Sunara Inc. is not liable for delays due to weather, carrier issues, or high volumes but will work with carriers to resolve problems reported within 48 hours of the expected delivery.

5. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure successful delivery and maintain product quality, customers must:
• Provide accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or spoilage due to incorrect addresses.
• Receive packages promptly to avoid spoilage. Products should be stored in a cool, dry place (below 75°F) upon receipt.
• Inspect orders upon arrival and report damage within 48 hours as outlined in our Non-Return and Non-Refund Policy, Section 3. Include order number, photos, and a description of the issue when contacting support.
Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in an inability for replacements or store credit.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
• Damaged Shipments: Report within 48 hours of delivery to kastao2001@yahoo.fr or (301)857-7884. Include your order number, photos, and a description. We may offer a replacement or store credit. No cash refunds are issued.
• Lost Shipments: If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days of the estimated date and tracking shows no progress, contact us. If the package is confirmed lost, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
• Non-Deliverable Shipments: If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to claim, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment at your expense. No refunds or credits will be issued for undeliverable orders.

7. Order Confirmation and Tracking
After placing an order, you will receive:
• An order confirmation email with item and payment details
• A shipping confirmation email with tracking information once the order ships
